Friendly Forms

Friendly Forms ꩜

Colorful handmade yarn coiled into a snail shape connected to a basket and a plant in a pot, with another plant behind on a gray concrete surface.

These living sculptures emerged through movement between studios, cities, and states of mind. Made across different places, including New York and Dublin they hold traces of their formation: borrowed spaces, shifting routines, and pauses carved out between making bags which began as material exploration and ended up becoming stand alone sculptures. These pieces exist to explore shape, balance, and the quiet pleasure of form, with function left deliberately optional.

“I revel in the fluidity between design and art, finding joy in the varied reactions of my audience. My aim is to ignite a sense of playfulness and curiosity, fostering conversations that break boundaries and spark meaningful interactions.”

An art installation featuring two large potted grasses wrapped in colorful knitted coverings, a tangled rope on the floor, a pair of scissors, and a green step ladder leaning against a plain white wall.
